Diet Saving Delish Dilly Dip

Ok so I have searched and tried many recipes for dilly dip to find one that tastes like Litehouse light Dilly of a Dip.. They used to put in in Costcos veggie platters then they changed brands:( Now I can only find the full fat version (BOOO) at stores..But FINALLY I have found a great recipe!! YAY!

8 oz. light sour cream
2 tbsp. dillweed
1 tsp. onion salt
8 oz. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. lawrys seasoned salt

Mix together and let stand overnight. Serve with fresh veggies (sweet mini peppers from Costco are my FAVE with this)or in large round rye bread. Use scooped out bread for dipping ENJOY!

Been a while!

Lots of things happening in the Hauber household since my last post! I will get better at this blog thing! Well now George is 5 1/2, Charlie is 3 1/2, AND we have a new addition! Penelope Marie Margaret Hauber made her debut into this world on Jan 18 2011 at 10:38am weighing in at 7lbs 15oz and 19 1.4 inches long:) I was so worried that it would be crazy hard with 3 kids, but she just fits right in like she has always been here.
Today marks her 6 week b-day and also the end of my c-section recovery! WAHAOOOOOO! Eric has been working hard to finish up the basement and was up late last night getting the gym finished up so I can work out today! What a great guy!

Last week Georgie attended Kindergarten round up.. he is SO ready to go next year (Mommy is too!!) Charlie is "Charlie" as usual. Always being bossy and whiney.. yet in the next breath a little lover and snuggler. Both boys love their little sister. Charlie sometimes a little too much.. I'm a little afraid to leave him alone with her and that he may give her "too much love" with a blankie.

Meet Molly

This is our Golden Retriver/Lab Molly.. She is about 4 years old and full of energy! She spends all day either chasing after our boys or napping:) Probably the worlds best dog (despite her habit of snatching food off the counter haha)

First day of PRESCHOOL!!!

Georgie's first day at preschool.... I cannot believe that he is 4!!!!!! Time really does fly!!! He is loving every minute of it though!! He loves his teacher Miss Audra and all his classmates!! 4 days a week with only Charlie is sooooo odd... Charlie keeps asking where Georgie is:)

Mommy, Daddy, Georgie, and Charlie:) Gotta love the fall and the leaves!! The boys have been having a blast making carmel apples, going trick or treating, playing at the park on nice days, and getting into the swing of things:)
